At Coach Robin, client results are about more than just the mirror. My goal is to help you move better through life, with strength and confidence that lasts. Building muscle was always a struggle for me. The precision and focus on control in Robin's plans made all the difference.

From day one, the workouts were fun but never easy. We pushed hard every session, and I showed up every single time because I actually enjoyed the process.

Robin didn’t just coach me in the gym. He also helped me with personal stuff and was always there with a listening ear when things got tough.

Gaining weight used to feel impossible, but together we figured out what worked for me. We found simple ways to eat more, build better habits, and stay consistent.

I never thought I could train without pain. Now I'm stronger than ever and have more energy for life than I did in my 20s.

​

When I started with Robin, I was dealing with nagging pain in my knees and elbows. I thought the only option was to avoid certain exercises forever. Instead, we took every movement right back to the absolute bottom level and rebuilt it step by step.

​

We didn’t run away from the hard stuff. Robin adjusted the exercises based on how my body felt that day, always checking in on pain levels and making sure I felt safe and in control. He stayed in close contact with my physio, so everything we did in the gym supported my rehab instead of fighting against it.

​

Along the way, I also lost weight and built strength in all the weak points that used to hold me back. Training became a way to move better through life, not just something that flared up my pain.

Now I can do things I hadn’t done in years, with less discomfort and way more confidence. I feel lighter, stronger, and finally trust my body again.
