About Me

Based in Antwerp, I help people build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits through personalised coaching. My approach combines effective training, practical nutrition guidance, and accountability to create long-term results that fit real life.

Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle building, better performance, or simply feeling healthier and more confident, every plan is tailored to your lifestyle and experience level. I believe fitness should improve your life — not take it over.

My mission is to help clients become stronger physically and mentally through consistency, structure, and sustainable progress.

Proudest Moments

Some of my proudest moments are not just about how I looked, but about the discipline, patience, and consistency behind the progress.

My own journey started as a tall, skinny teenager who wanted to build strength, confidence, and a better version of himself. Over the years, that goal turned into a serious commitment: learning how to train, eat, recover, fail, adjust, and keep going.

That consistency eventually led me to achieve a strong physical transformation, take part in my first professional photoshoots, and step on stage in a Men’s Physique competition at Muscles from Brussels.

Those moments shaped me, but they do not define me. What matters most now is using what I learned to help others build their own progress, confidence, and long-term results.
